Crazy Scramble!

Ok, first off a scramble is sometimes mistakenly called best ball. Each member of the team hits their own ball off the tee. The team captain (with group consideration) selects the best shot, and each group member hits their second shot from that location, and so on. If you have a question about this please ask me.

Each member of the group must have 2 of their drives used during the round. Please write on your score card which player's drive was used on that hole.

If you miss your putt, MARK IT, if you accidentally tap it in before the other members of your group have taken their shot, your hole is over and that shot is your score.

Here is the crazy part. Each team has 3 kicks and 3 throws which DO NOT count as strokes. This is 3 kicks and throws per team not per person. Please mark down on your card which holes your kicks and throws were used on.

A kick is exactly that. You may elect to use your kicks when you are barely short of holing out. Beware, kicking the ball into a hole is extremely hard!

A throw is self explanatory. If you are just short of the hole, you can drop the ball into the hole, and that counts as a throw. No steps, feet together, no laying down on the green, using a stepladder, garden rake, or anything else you can think of. 2 feet, side by side, bend over, drop the ball into the hole. Don't cheat ;)

Team 1: Richard Kelly, Bob Budnek, Jerry Dempsey, Clay Deveny
