This week we're playing a game I've played in a few other leagues. It's the High
Handicaps vs the Low Handicaps.

Each team is comprised of like golfers. I've accumulated all of the handicaps of each
team and subtracted strokes for the teams with the higher handicaps.
<p>
Each player plays their own ball for each hole, and I'll accumulate the scores at the end
of the round. Here are the parings, first player named is the team captain and keeps
score for their team.

Team 1 (Low Handicappers): receive 0 strokes
