Contrary to popular belief, Best Ball is not where each player hits their next shot from the previous best team spot. That is a scramble (which we will play later in the year).
Best Ball is when each member of the team plays their own ball for the entire hole and round, and the lowest scoring member per hole counts as the teams score. Please keep score just like you would any other week and I will figure out the team score when I get back to the club house.
Teams are as follows, 1st member listed is the team leader and keeps score. Team lead make sure you give me your score card at the end of the round.
Team 1: Bob Budnek, Daniel Powell, Richard Kelly
Team 2: Rita Rupnow, Clay Deveny, Calvin Stowell
Team 3: Scott Moore, Lamar Bailey, Dwight Thomas, Charles Herndon
Team 3 will take a penalty of 2 stokes per side, since they have 4 opportunities for a best score per hole.
